May was a month of reflection, motivation, and leadership insights. We recorded a webinar on harnessing employees' financial motivations to drive engagement and performance. This practical resource offered actionable strategies for leaders. We also revisited a personal milestone with “30 Years Ago—My High School Senior Speech,” which included 95 life lessons learned up to that point.
Leadership took center stage in two powerful podcast episodes. In Episode 27, Dave Lawson and Matt Brink explored the art of employee recognition, offering tips to create a culture of appreciation. Episode 28 featured Scott Rainey, who discussed leading with grit and heart, providing valuable takeaways for anyone navigating leadership challenges. These conversations were rich with real-world examples and practical advice for building stronger, more human-centered teams.
The month also featured personal growth and behind-the-scenes glimpses. In “Habits First, Finish Line Later,” I shared my ongoing journey with habit formation, applying behavioral science to everyday life. Meanwhile, the weekly diary entries offered candid reflections on work, life, and learning in real time. These entries provided a transparent look into the rhythms and routines of meaningful progress.
