I've always been a fan of the annual 'Total Remuneration Statement' or whatever you want to call it. I've found it to be eye-opening for employees, and a document that they share with significant others and keep on file. Also a great retention tool because it makes employees more mindful of total compensation when comparing their current job to other opportunities.
